This clamping system begins with pipes and fittings (i.e., 30°, 45°, 60°, 90° elbows) that have been specially machined by us so that their edges have double rolled lips. When the QF, with its built-in gasket is clamped over these two rolled edges and further secured with a cotter pin, the resulting seal insures the strongest, safest dust-extraction piping available.
QF works in new systems as well as existing ones.

Any pipe that falls within a 4' to 22" diameter can be clamped together with QF, including slip joins and non-standard lengths.
